Paying with crypto.

You can pay with crypto from your dashboard; each crypto payment covers one month of the plan you choose. On Choose a plan, leave the switch on Monthly and press or pay with crypto → under the plan; you pay on our crypto payment processor's own payment page. Card payment works monthly or yearly; Enterprise pays as set in its contract.

Confirmation timing

How long settlement takes depends on the coin and the network you send on, and on how busy that network is: a few seconds on a fast chain, up to roughly half an hour on a slow one. Your order switches to paid once the network has confirmed the transfer enough times; a block explorer shows how many confirmations your transfer has so far. We do not publish per-coin timings here.

The price you see at checkout is quoted in USD; the equivalent crypto amount is fixed when the order is created and doesn't change. An order with no payment closes as failed when the payment processor reports it expired, or 24 hours after it was created, whichever comes first. If you want a fresh quote before then, email [email protected] and we'll close the pending order so you can check out again at the current price.

⚠︎ Crypto payments are non-refundable, except in the cases in our Refund Policy. A crypto payment covers one month and does not renew by itself; not paying again does not refund the current month. See refund policy for the full rules and the exceptions.

If something goes wrong

Refunds + cancellation

Crypto payments are non-refundable, except in the cases in our Refund Policy. Once a crypto payment settles on-chain, it is committed for the billing period it covers. A crypto payment covers one month and does not renew by itself; not paying again does not refund the current month, in full or in part. This is standard practice for business software subscriptions; the reasoning, and the few cases where a crypto payment is returned (such as a plan we could not deliver), are in /legal/refunds.

If you may need a cash refund in any other case, pay by card instead. Card refunds follow the standard rules in the refund policy.

Tax + accounting

Invoices for crypto payments are issued in US dollars, at the USD price quoted when you ordered — not at what the crypto happened to be worth when it arrived. That keeps your books the same as card payments. If you instead need a receipt showing the crypto amount (for bookkeeping of crypto you hold yourself — "self-custody"), request one from support.
